At the end of the day I was kinda hoping for a lot more from this game, but in the end it failed to deliver in a number areas. Unfortunately that’s the only detail you get, but the sound design makes you forget about that somewhat at times. The presentation side of the game is pretty good in some ways, and I especially liked the detail they gave to the Blue Angels. The controls in the game are simple and remain responsive a lot of the time, but unfortunately they do lack in terms of realism and performing stunts never satisfies you because of this. They do have some variety in the game when it comes to the difficulty settings and they’ve done a good job of making each setting feel different, and if they would have added more variety in other areas like they did here then the game would have definitely been better. There is also a lack of variety when it comes to the locations you fly in and I expected a lot more here, but all you get is each location acting and performing in the same way. Whilst it has a decent amount of missions to be getting on with they are unfortunately lacking in terms of variety and each mission feels pretty much the same. There really isn’t much for you to do in the game and the stuff that it does have gets repetetive quite quickly. One of the biggest problems with the game is its lack of content. Unfortunately Blue Angels Aerobatic Flight Simulator gets more wrong than it gets right, and anything they do get right can be forgotten quite quickly. I appreciate game’s that offer you a different experience from the usual game’s you play, but in order for you to fully enjoy these types of I appreciate game’s that offer you a different experience from the usual game’s you play, but in order for you to fully enjoy these types of game’s they have to get quite a bit right.
